As the Sales Manager you are responsible to direct, coordinate, and review, evaluate and develop activities and performance of your sales team. Hereby you determine the most effective sales routes. You are in charge of managing all aspects of relationships with customers like discounts and deliveries, resolving customer complaints and monitoring customer preferences.
As the Sales Manager you are responsible for the sales and product information reports identifying trends or patterns relating to customers and products, competitive reports and analyze product offerings, prices and positioning. You will review operational records and report to project sales and determine profitability.
