As the Sales Manager you are responsible for the day-to-day running. The main focus would be to improve the commercial performance by increasing its turnover and maximizing sales. This also includes directing, coordinating, reviewing and develop activities for your sales team, set challenging sales targets and sales forecasting.
Hereby determining the most effective sales routes (which clients, when, what products, what schedules). You are creative, innovative, business and customer service oriented. You will collaborate with Brand Representatives to determine and implement price schedules and discount rates. deliveries, resolve customer complaints and monitor customer preferences
