Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and people-oriented HR Manager to join a fast-paced, service-oriented organization.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with department heads to understand their team’s needs and challenges.
  • Selecting, training, coaching, motivating and supervising the HR staff to maintain a high standard of HR services.
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding processes, and team member engagement.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and manage labor relations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee HR records in Payroll Pro for streamlined filing and easy data retrieval.
  • Leading HR digital transformation efforts, driving administrative efficiency, and optimizing HR processes.
  • Guiding and coaching supervisors and managers in fulfilling their HR responsibilities effectively.
  • Promoting a people-centered culture.

Requirements

  • BSc. degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an HR Department.
  • Previous experience in an operations or service-oriented organization is a plus.
  • Experience working with Payroll Pro and other digital HR tools.
  • Expertise in recruitment, training & development, and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of Aruban labor law.
  • Leadership mindset with high stress tolerance and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in managing difficult conversations with employees.
  • Attention to detail.
