Job Description
The HR Business Partner operates at both strategic and operational level, ensuring HR policies, processes, and people practices support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management
- Develop and implement a group-wide HR strategy aligned with business goals
- Advise management on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development
- Ensure HR practices support a strong performance and risk-aware culture
- Establish and formalize HR policies, procedures, and frameworks
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal governance standards
- Oversee and support day-to-day HR activities
- Serve as a point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Support change initiatives, reorganizations, and process improvements
- Coach and advise leaders on people management, communication, and conflict resolution
- Identify HR risks and proactively address people-related challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar senior HR role
- Proven ability to work strategically, while also being hands-on and operational
- Experience setting up or professionalizing HR structures and processes
- Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in an environment with limited existing structure
