Job Description
As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting leaders and driving HR initiatives. Your main responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the People Strategy and HR initiatives.
- Partner with management to translate business needs into effective HR solutions and policies.
- Coach managers in the practical application of HR practices and people management.
- Lead or support HR projects and strategic initiatives.
- Use HR data and insights to improve processes and support decision-making.
- Coordinate training and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted and confidential advisor for employees, supporting a positive employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a broad HR role.
- Experience partnering with managers and leaders on people-related matters.
- Knowledge of HR practices, organizational development, HR systems, and labor legislation.
- Strategic and solution-oriented mindset with strong advisory skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, Dutch, and Papiamento.
- Analytical, organized, and results-driven.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Able to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
