You will play a key role in planning, execution, and optimization of marketing efforts across various channels.
Job Description
As the Marketing, PR & Communications Manager you will:
- Develop, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media.
- Analyze industry trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Take charge of planning and executing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Enhance brand visibility, manage social media presence, and drive SEO/SEM efforts.
- Oversee content creation, ensure consistent brand messaging, and develop marketing materials.
- Develop and execute PR strategies and manage media relations.
- Oversee the marketing budget, track expenses, and report on campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s work and thinking level in Marketing, Business administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 + years of experience in Marketing & PR.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to analyze marketing data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and automation tools.
- Proficient in marketing software (Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Proactive, social, and flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed.
