Job Description
- Guide and support buyers through every step of the sales process.
- Explain the benefits of the projects to potential buyers and help win them over.
- Prepare and present purchase offers.
- Discuss and agree on prices and contract terms.
- Compare properties to set a fair market price.
- Give advice on prices, market trends, financing, legal rules, and other key topics.
- Promote properties through ads, open houses, and events.
- Build a network of lawyers, lenders, and contractors to help clients.
- Help clients understand mortgage options and find the best financing deals.
Requirements
- Min. associate degree in marketing/Sales or Business Administration.
- Strong & effective communication skills in Dutch, English and Spanish.
- Positive, proactive attitude and good negotiation skills.
- Must have a general understanding of Aruba’s real estate market, property values and regulations.
- Sales & Marketing insights, networking, presentation and closing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and communication systems.
