Job Description

As the Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Administration and ensuring that all administrative processes are well organized and run smoothly. You will also provide hands-on support to the reception, finance, and HR departments—making you a central point in the day-to-day operations of the organization.

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support across the organization
  • Maintain and organize filing systems and company documents
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of periodic surveys and reports
  • Manage the reception area and handle incoming telephone calls professionally
  • Handle the distribution of incoming mail and packages
  • Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Support the HR department with payroll processing
  • Maintain and update employee files and personnel record

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Administration, Secretarial studies, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Excellent written communication skills in Dutch, English, Spanish and Papiamento
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
