We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant HR Director to join a fast-paced, service-oriented organization.
Job Description
The Assistant HR Director will be crucial in turning business goals into practical HR actions, ensuring employees are supported and motivated to contribute effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with department heads to understand their team’s needs and challenges.
- Developing HR strategies (like training programs, recruitment plans, or performance incentives) that directly support business goals.
- Overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and team member engagement.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and manage labor relations.
- Leading HR (digital) administration and optimizing HR processes.
- Coaching supervisors and managers on their HR responsibilities.
- Fostering a people-centered culture and promoting team well-being.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of HR Advisory or Management experience in hospitality or a service-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in an operations or service role is a plus.
- Experience working with Payroll Pro.
- Expertise in recruitment, training & development, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and proficiency with digital HR tools.
- Leadership mindset with high stress tolerance and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in managing difficult conversations with employees and experience coaching and guiding management in HR matters.
- Eye for detail.
