Job Description
The Data & Reporting Analyst collects, analyzes, and translates client data into actionable insights to support management decision-making. This role collaborates with key stakeholders—including HR, Finance, Management, and healthcare providers—to ensure accurate, timely, and strategic data-driven solutions. Additionally, the Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for functional application management, including the Elektronisch Patiënten Dossier (EPD), ensuring that systems are optimized to meet both business and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy & Advisory: Develop and implement data policies, provide strategic advice, and enhance operational workflows.
- Data & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and visualize data to create insightful dashboards and reports.
- Quality & Support: Train users, develop user guides, and provide technical support for data systems.
- Reporting & Presentation: Analyze trends, generate detailed reports, and communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- EPD Application Management: Perform functional application management to maintain and improve system functionality.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business informatics, data science, or a related field.
- Min. 3 years’ experience in a data or reporting analyst role.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in functional application management (EPD Functioneel Beheer) or similar ICT-related functions is a plus.
- Practical mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems and improving data processes.
- Proficient in relevant data tools and systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Ability to train and support users in data systems and reporting tools.
- Good communication skills in English, Dutch, and Papiamento.
