HR Advisor

We are seeking an HR Advisor to support our client in creating and promoting a positive and productive work environment!

Job Description

The HR Advisor is responsible for:

  • Shaping the company culture and ensuring a work environment that enhances employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
  • Ensuring that company values are integrated into all HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and compensation programs.
  • Promoting open communication and engagement between management and teams, fostering a transparent and inclusive culture through effective communication.
  • Overseeing the inflow, progression, and outflow of personnel.
  • Addressing and resolving conflicts, monitoring employee engagement.
  • Guiding employees through organizational changes, ensuring the company culture remains consistent.
  • Ensuring that HR processes comply with current laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • BSc. degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an HR Advisory role.
  • Expertise with HRM instruments, processes and practices (such as Recruitment, Selection, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning &
    Development) 
  • Knowledge and experience with the Aruban labor law.
  • Experience with intercultural personnel management.
  • Capable of working independently and solving problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English. Papiamento is a plus.
