Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations at Eduardo’s, you hold a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless execution of our core activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and upholding our commitment to excellence.

The Director of Operations:

• Provides operations strategy, forecasting and targets to ensure the organization’s overall success.
• Collaborates closely with department heads to maintain operational excellence, streamline operational workflows, identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
• Supervises and leads the Operations Division, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Provides guidance, mentorship and support to operational teams, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
• Addresses operational challenges promptly and effectively.
• Monitors customer feedback and implements strategies to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Monitors and enforces quality standards in all aspects of operations, conducts regular audits and provides feedback for improvement.
• Ensures sustainability practices are integrated into daily operations, including waste reduction, energy efficiency and environmentally responsible practices.
• Collaborates with the finance department to manage operational budgets, control costs and achieve financial objectives.
• Provides regular updates on the progress of the operations division to the Board.
• Ensures efficient delegation and execution of board decisions.
