- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies and performance-driven campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across departments and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish, and Papiamento.
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Creative thinker with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, accountability, and a strong results-driven approach.
- Experience within the tourism, hospitality, travel, or related industry is an advantage.
