Job Description
- Provide leadership and oversight for all daily Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets.
- Ensure consistent service standards, operational excellence, and memorable guest experiences.
- Lead, coach, and support managers and supervisors in their development and performance.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, hospitality, and ownership.
- Partner with HR on recruitment, employee development, performance management, and staffing stability.
- Monitor financial performance, including labor costs, food & beverage costs, waste, and operational expenses.
- Work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Culinary teams to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Support budgeting, KPI monitoring, operational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in executive-level discussions and help drive strategic operational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work and thinking level.
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets or high-volume hospitality operations.
- Strong operational and financial management skills.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, team leadership, inventory management, purchasing, cost control, and operational processes.
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
