We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations.
Job Description
In this role, you will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, processes run smoothly, and teams perform at their best. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and contributing to the achievement of company objectives. These are the key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations across key departments, including Sales, Solar Installations, and Electrical Services
- Ensure effective collaboration and communication between teams
- Oversee project planning, execution, quality, and progress tracking
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement practical, sustainable improvements
- Analyze operational challenges, determine root causes, and develop effective solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and service delivery
- Independently manage and close sales trajectories with key clients
- Translate customer needs into tailored commercial and technical solutions
- Motivate, guide, and develop team members in a dynamic work environment
- Make timely, practical decisions to support operational success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) or equivalent work and thinking level
- Background in electrical engineering or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement
- Results-oriented with strong interpersonal leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Papiamento, Dutch, and English
- Spanish is a plus
