Job Description
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the organization’s safety and emergency management systems.
- Develop, review, and maintain emergency response, business continuity, and crisis management plans.
- Identify safety hazards, conduct risk assessments, and monitor corrective actions to minimize operational risks and disruptions.
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate emergency drills, simulations, training programs, and awareness initiatives to strengthen organizational preparedness.
- Conduct incident investigations, analyze trends, and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments, government agencies, emergency services, and other external stakeholders during emergencies and crisis situations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, emergency management, and regulatory requirements while supporting audits, inspections, and assurance activities.
- Monitor emergency preparedness and operational performance data to enhance response effectiveness and promote a strong safety culture.
