We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, and warehouse activities across multiple locations. This role combines strategic thinking with operational leadership and contributes directly to the organization’s continued growth.

In this role, you will ensure the right products are available at the right time and cost, while maintaining strong inventory controls, quality, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with Operations, Production, Finance, and suppliers to keep the supply chain well coordinated.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Lead procurement, warehouse, inventory, and supply chain operations across all locations
  • Ensure reliable product availability and continuity of supply
  • Manage supplier relationships, pricing, quality, service, and delivery performance
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements
  • Maintain inventory standards, par levels, reorder points, and replenishment procedures
  • Oversee receiving, storage, stock control, picking, and distribution
  • Monitor inventory turnover, stock variances, shortages, and excess inventory
  • Coordinate forecasting and planning with Culinary, Production, Operations, and Finance
  • Monitor purchasing and inventory costs and identify savings and process improvements
  • Lead and develop the procurement and warehouse teams while maintaining strong procedures and controls

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant supply chain or operational experience.
  • Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, distribution, or multi-location operations preferred.
  • Strong experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory, and supplier management.
  • Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory controls.
  • Experience with forecasting, stock levels, and replenishment planning.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
  • Analytical, organized, and focused on cost control and process improvement.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Strong Excel and inventory-system skills; ERP experience is a plus.
  • English required; other languages are an advantage.
