Join a dynamic organization as a Human Resources Advisor and help strengthen its people, policies and performance. In this advisory role, you support management on HR and organizational matters and translate the organization’s vision, mission and business objectives into effective people practices, policies and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and supporting instruments.
  • Translate organizational strategy and HR policies into practical HR guidelines, procedures and initiatives.
  • Advise, support and coach management and employees on HR policies, organizational and workplace matters.
  • Coordinate assigned HR activities, processes and projects and support effective collaboration within the HR department.
  • Support compliance with internal policies, procedures and applicable labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Monitor the accuracy, completeness and timely availability of HR information and identify required improvements.
  • Analyze HR data and trends and provide recommendations to support HR and management decision-making.
  • Prepare and review periodic HR reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of broad HR experience.
  • Strong analytical and advisory skills, with the ability to translate organizational needs into practical HR solutions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of national and international HR practices, standards and developments.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, evaluating and monitoring HR policies and practices.
  • Practical experience with performance management, employee development and job evaluation systems.
  • Sound knowledge of Aruban labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Strong planning, organizational, collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Results-driven, customer-focused and committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills in Dutch, English and Papiamento
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
