Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Additional specialization or certification in Risk Management, Compliance, Auditing, Insurance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in risk management, insurance, compliance, auditing, or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of risk management frameworks, governance, compliance processes, and internal control systems (AO/IC).
- Knowledge of legal and insurance principles is considered an advantage.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, due diligence, and compliance reviews.
- Professional certifications such as CRMP, CRMA, ACAMS, CISA, or equivalent are considered an asset.
