Job Description
In this role, you will manage artwork workflows linked to purchase orders, acting as the key link between internal teams, designers, procurement, and suppliers to support efficient and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end artwork workflows for new and repeat orders
- Manage and track purchase orders requiring artwork approval
- Maintain accurate artwork files, ensuring version control and proper documentation
- Act as the central point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Review proofs, manage feedback loops, and drive timely approvals
- Support pre-production sample (PPS) processes and final sign-offs
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, R&D, and designers to align on requirements and timelines
- Capture key actions from meetings and ensure smooth follow-up across teams
- Coordinate with suppliers on timelines, quotations, and sample options
Requirements
- Min. Associate’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications)
- Experience coordinating projects, preferably within artwork, design, or print production environments
- Strong understanding of design and production processes is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate different teams and priorities
- Highly organized multitasker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Tactical, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- High level of attention to detail, especially in reviewing artwork and approvals
- Confident in coordinating discussions, providing clear direction, and following through on actions
